• Communication facilities between users

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use the service lawfully and respectfully
• Not post misleading or fraudulent listings
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the security of your account

When listing a car, you confirm that:

• You have authority to list the car
• All information provided is accurate
• Photos and descriptions are truthful
• You comply with all applicable laws

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of car information
• Successful car transactions
• Uninterrupted service availability
• Freedom from errors or security breaches

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarDash shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Car transaction disputes

Our total liability shall not exceed £100 or the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
